About
HDAA's Women in Analytics group covers a wide range of topics — technologies, work-life balance, career development, ethics, and equity — through quarterly presentations and open-ended conversations reflecting the diverse experiences of women in healthcare analytics.
The purpose of HDAA Women in Analytics (WIA) special interest group (SIG) is to promote healthcare analytics as a rewarding career path for women and to create a community that supports and elevates women who are currently working in the analytics profession.

Chapter Chair
Lynsie Daley
Lynsie Daley is a data and analytics manager at Intermountain Health where she leads analytics in areas such as imaging, laboratory services, and pain management. She has spent nearly 15 years dedicated to healthcare analytics. Lynsie currently serves on the HDAA Board and leads the Women in Analytics SIG, which she helped to establish as part of HDAA. She is very passionate about promoting STEM careers to young girls and women and advocating for women currently in the analytics field. Lynsie holds an MS in statistics from Utah State University and an MBA from Colorado Technical University.
