A forum with webinars to discuss your career journey. Potential topics include:

Getting Started: New graduates or clinical staff, how do you get your foot in the door of this exciting industry.

Between jobs: What happens when you end up between jobs either by choice or otherwise. How to stay connected. What is working for you or not.

AI Replacement: The toughest topic. How to avoid it. How to turn it to a positive.

Retirement: We spend a career in analysis, but it does not prepare you for the complexities of retirement. Understanding the emotional impact in addition to potential lifestyles.

Michael is an IT leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing IT services, enterprise architecture, analytics, governance, and application platforms across medicine and higher education. He leads multidisciplinary technical teams, co-chairs the UofM Data Innovations Community of Practice, co‑chairs the Clinical Intelligence Committee, and helps guide responsible AI governance across the health system..  He has a long record of building high‑performing teams and partnering with executive and clinical leaders to deliver scalable, AI‑ready data solutions.
