Mark Schlaudraff is an Enterprise Analyst at TOC | Experts in Orthopedic Care with a passion for transforming healthcare data into meaningful insights that improve decision-making, operational performance, and patient outcomes. His background spans business intelligence, enterprise analytics, data strategy, and technology leadership, with a career dedicated to helping organizations make better use of their data. As the Founding Chair of the HDAA North Florida Chapter, Mark's goal is to create a thriving regional community where healthcare data and analytics professionals can network, collaborate, share best practices, and learn from one another. He believes that the strongest innovations come from bringing people together, fostering meaningful conversations, and building lasting professional relationships across the healthcare community.
